Installation Requirements

To ensure optimal performance and maintain warranty coverage, all Kenny&Mason products must be installed by a fully qualified plumber in accordance with current water regulations. It is essential that adequate access is provided for future maintenance.

Pre-Installation Inspection

All products must be carefully inspected prior to installation. If any faults or defects are detected, the product should not be installed but returned immediately to the original supplier for an exchange.

Care and Maintenance

To prolong the life and appearance of your Kenny&Mason products, they must be cleaned and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Please refer to the cleaning instructions provided. Failure to follow proper care guidelines may void your warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Coverage
Kenny&Mason offers a 10-year warranty on taps and accessories. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use.
However, the warranty does not cover:
• Incorrect or faulty installation
• Neglect, misuse, or wilful damage
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Inappropriate cleaning methods
• Damage caused by limescale or aggressive water conditions
• Events outside the manufacturer’s control
This warranty also excludes any claims for consequential losses or damages.

Claim Process

All warranty claims must be submitted through the original supplier and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Kenny&Mason must give prior written approval before any costs for replacement parts or labour are reimbursed.

Product Replacement Policy

Due to continuous product development, an exact replacement for a faulty item may not always be available. In such cases, we will provide the closest equivalent from the current range. Kenny&Mason is not liable for any re-fitting difficulties or additional installation costs incurred under these circumstances.

Additional Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
It is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.
